The Beswick family were gifted their family session as a wedding present from a lovely friend, and they knew exactly where they wanted to go for the shoot. Roddlesworth Woods in Tockholes is one of their regular spots for a family walk and also a favourite haunt of mine too. As well as Lisa, Neil, and their two children Max and Lydia, we also had the family dogs Marlene and Boyce with us. Anyone else get the reference? As someone who has seen Only Fools and Horses more times than I can remember it certainly made me laugh! These two were just as full of character as their namesakes too. We decided to walk one of the routes the family usually take through the woods and stop for pictures as we went, giving us plenty of variety in the background. The last bit of the walk up the hill from the reservoir also gave us a bit of a workout!
